Your Responsabilities

  • Lead the design and development of advanced electronic hardware systems
  • Define system architectures and drive key technical decisions
  • Oversee hardware development from concept through validation and deployment
  • Ensure alignment between electronics, mechanical, and embedded teams
  • Review designs, validate technical choices, and enforce engineering best practices
  • Manage technical risks and ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Mentor and support engineers, fostering technical growth and excellence
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with project objectives

What is expected from you

  • Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field
  • Strong experience in hardware development within complex or high-tech environments
  • Proven ability to lead technical projects and guide engineering teams
  • Deep knowledge of electronic system design and integration
  • Experience working in multidisciplinary environments (electronics, mechanical, embedded)
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in English
